07/2019 Telling Tent 

In this course we were building a big tent where each piece is telling a story. My part was about sea watch and refugees risking their life in the Mediterranean Sea, which was a big topic in the news a few years back but disappeared after a while. I wanted to bring back awareness, because there are still so many people drowning. To get awareness I used fabrics everybody knows - IKEA Plastic bags and safety vests that you have to have in every car.
